What does a day in your life look like?

If I didn't have a long night out, I usually like to get up around 8am. First thing in the morning, I go through my emails whilst drinking a cup of coffee, then I head out to meetings either for my interior design business or for my social media projects.

Usually I have lunch at a restaurant either with clients, with my partner or a friend. At one point in the day, there is always some shopping time, I also try to squeeze in a yoga class or Barrecore on Kings Road.

Every day is quite different, I am lucky to be able to create them as I want most of the time. On some days I have a photoshoot organised, on others I need to attend my daughter’s school meetings. Some of my days are specifically dedicated to self-care, which is so important, I take time to do book some treatments or a massage. I also attend a lot of events during the month and usually evenings get quite busy.

What do you value most in your friends?

Loyalty! I am myself a very loyal and caring friend and need this in return as well. It is very important that friends can count on each other and be there when times are hard.

How do you create elegance in all different scenarios in your life?

You can be elegant wearing sneakers and jeans, it doesn’t always need to be fancy. I walk a lot around London so flats are a must during the day, mostly flat boots or sneakers, I am not a loafer person at all.

I think elegance is more of an attitude.

At night I like to mix cool with chic depending on my mood or sometimes I just go for the very elegant dress and heels. For sure a beautiful watch and the Scallop Diamond Bangle from 64Facets adds elegance to any outfit. I just never overdo it. Less is more.

What is the best advice you’ve ever received?

My mum always told me “never depend on a man!”

In my opinion being an independent woman and being able to leave a relationship when you want to is extremely important. I’ve always wanted to be a working mum to show my daughter the same values.

What inspires you?

My biggest inspiration in life is my 16 year old daughter. She inspires me to see the world with different eyes and be a better person. Her discipline, hard work, gratitude and originality is a daily inspiration for me.
In addition, travelling inspires me each time I discover a new culture and destination. Lastly, there is nothing better then a really good book.
